Request removing access keys for s-inf-security-audit IAM account

Access keys for this IAM account aren't currently being used and should be deleted until OIS can re-establish Prowler scans or Security Hub is made available for running CIS compliance scans. If Security Hub is made available prior to OIS re-establishing Prowler scans then this IAM account can be removed.
