- no longer applies node class or node pool via kubectl
- converted to kubernetes_manifests
- created dependencies between the helm_release.kubernetes and the manifests, so manifests apply after helm bypassing CRD bootstrap issue
- tried to make them into helm charts, but didn't like that way as much. This was "cleaner".
