Per Don- The document answers my questions, thank you.
It sounds like this is really just a call for a DEV (not nonprod) account where this work can be done, given there is no external access needed.
The dev account would be decommissioned at the end of the effort, and new ones created if it goes forward.
If everyone is good with this approach, we can proceed without a meeting (unless other people have questions).
